Established in 2004, CrossFields Construction is an Atlanta-based construction and design-build firm, spearheaded by Owner/Operator Scott Boldt. Specializing in commercial construction projects ranging from 1500 to 15,000 sq. ft., we offer competitive pricing and expertise in design-build projects. We’ve been doing this for over 20 years around metro Atlanta and the surrounding counties (including Hall), and we’re fully licensed and insured on every project. Our focus lies in crafting professional office spaces tailored to various business types, such as attorneys, real estate agents, and healthcare. 

About Scott Boldt

At a young age, Scott worked on homes and small commercial buildings through a community program after school and during the summers. He earned a degree in architectural engineering and later worked for a design/build company that handled both design and construction in-house. 

Scott pursued a degree in construction management, which gave him a unique blend of practical construction knowledge and design skills. He went on to work on estimates and project management, combining his hands-on experience with his background in design. In 2005, he decided to start his own company, feeling he could offer better, more localized services than his employer.
